Stress Management

Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances. In humans, stress is the body's response to any demand for change.
The human body reacts to these demands by activating the nervous system and specific hormones in the body. These changes can be physical, mental, or emotional.
Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Common stress triggers include work, money, relationships, and family responsibilities.
Stress can also be caused by major life events such as a divorce, the death of a loved one, or a move.
There are many ways to manage stress. Some people use relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing. Others may use exercise, journaling, or art to manage their stress.
Some people may find that counseling or therapy can help them to manage their stress. There is no one-size-fits-all solution for stress management; what works for one person may not work for another.
It is important to find what works for you and to make stress management a part of your daily routine.
