Stretching
Stretching exercises are a key component of a fitness routine, as they promote flexibility that aids in all sorts of different types of physical activities. They can also be performed outside of any sort of workout routine to relieve tension from the muscles.
In calisthenics training - which focuses on bodyweight-only exercises - stretching is important in improving muscle strength and tone.
