Slam Balls are pieces of exercise equipment that can be used for strength training when used correctly. Slam Balls come in different weights, typically between twelve and fifty pounds.

Weight is decided depending on your fitness level and what you feel comfortable performing with. The balls themselves have a rubber outer shell, with the core of the ball filled with sand or glass.

Slam balls come in a spherical shape with a flat base to make them easy to pick up and throw down against the floor as part of different activities including slams, squats, sit-ups, and push-ups.

Slam balls can be used to tone muscles by doing exercises like squats and sit-ups, but they can also be used for rehabilitation purposes because of their ability to create instability during exercise. They increase blood flow and circulation because of this instability.
