Dave Asprey is the founder and former CEO of Bulletproof, a human performance and nutrition company. Dave is an entrepreneur who invested two decades and over $1 million to understand how he could optimize his own biology.
Dave is the mastermind behind Bulletproof Coffee, host of the top-rated health podcast The Human Upgrade with Dave Asprey, and author of the New York Times bestselling book, The Bulletproof Diet.
Dave was overweight and battled many autoimmune diseases and cognitive decline for most of his life. After years of dieting and calorie counting without seeing results, Dave decided to try a different approach by implementing tools from human physiology, nutrition, and technology. This is how he created Bulletproof Coffee and the Bulletproof Diet.
By learning more about human biology, Dave was able to change his lifestyle and drastically improve his health, both mentally and physically.
