Ari Whitten is the founder of The Energy Blueprint, an evidence-based approach to energy enhancement. He is a nutrition and exercise specialist who focuses on taking a natural health expert, and #1 best-selling author.

For the past twenty years, he has been dedicated to studying nutrition and holistic health. He holds a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University's Kinesiology program (with an emphasis on fitness, nutrition, and health).

Ari has a background in exercise physiology and fitness, and he is board-certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Furthermore, he completed three years of coursework for his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology recently. His educational background encompasses all aspects – nutrition, fitness, and psychology – of his evidence-based approach to optimal health.

Ari is a tireless researcher who has spent the last 20 years of his life dedicated to the study of health and energy improvement.
