All-Round Treadmills

The world is your treadmill, run all over it!

A treadmill is a device that allows an individual to walk or run while staying in the same place. Most treadmills have a wide belt, or deck, which you walk or run on while facing forward.

As the belt moves, it carries your body with it so you can train indoors without weather concerns and without having to go outside.

Treadmills use a motor to power a belt that moves beneath you as you walk or run with the adjustable speed capabilities to match your desired workout intensity.

The higher the maximum incline, usually measured in percent, indicates how intense and challenging your workout will be.

The speed and incline of a treadmill determine how challenging the workout is, which in turn will indicate whether or not you’re meeting your training goals.
