Treadmills
A treadmill is a machine for walking or running while staying in the same place. It consists of an electrically motorized unit that contains a wide belt that moves around two wheels, one at each end.
A person walking on a treadmill will cause it to move, and the speed can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the incline of the belt beneath the user's feet. Treadmills are commonly found in gyms, homes, and offices for indoor exercises.
Treadmills for exercise are a great way to keep fit and healthy. They provide an excellent cardiovascular workout that is easy on joints such as the knees and hips.
Treadmills allow users to adjust speed and incline for different workouts, many of which can be measured in calories burned, the time elapsed, distance traveled and level of difficulty.
