Back Recovery
Back pain is a health condition that affects people of all ages, regardless of health history. It mainly occurs when the muscles in the back are tense or tight. There are many ways through which back pain can be treated.
Some of the most common activities that lead to back injuries include: lifting heavy objects, falling on the buttocks, motor vehicle accidents, contact sports such as football and skiing, repeated bending and twisting motions, and strenuous activity such as gardening or vacuuming.
Back injuries range from mild to severe and each requires a different amount of time to heal depending on the severity of the injury.
This health problem is commonly treated with surgery, chiropractic care, rehabilitation therapy, ice therapy, heat therapy, and medication.
