In 1979, Dr. Dennis Goodman proudly graduated from the University of Cape Town Medical School in South Africa with Cum Laude and distinction honors. He had the opportunity to intern at Grootte Schuur Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa.
After completing his Internal Medicine residency, he served as Chief Medical Resident at Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
After completing his cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine (under the guidance of Dr. Michael DeBakey), he was Board Certified in internal medicine, cardiology, interventional cardiology, critical care, clinical lipidology, holistic (integrative) medicine, and Cardiac CT imaging - making him uniquely qualified to provide exceptional healthcare services.
With the utmost expertise in the prevention, early detection, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases through integrative medicine, Dr. Goodman serves as a Clinical Professor and Director of Integrative Medicine at NYU.
