Crossfit is a training method that can be used to build strength, increase speed, power, flexibility, stamina, and endurance all in the same workout.
Crossfit workouts are also effective because they combine aerobic exercise with anaerobic exercise (which requires short bursts of high energy output), unlike other training styles which are focused mainly on one or the other.
The overall benefits of Crossfit are it's great for weight loss, increasing muscle tone and endurance, increasing flexibility and agility, speed, and power output.
It is also great for building abdominal muscles since you need to maintain good form in all exercises.
