Zora Benhamou is a renowned gerontologist, podcaster, and biohacker who works to defy false notions about women over 50 by creating content online that puts forth her living evidence of how life can thrive when you age.

A renowned international speaker on aging and longevity, she is focused on helping peri- and post-menopausal women find relief from fatigue.

Zora, in her early 50s, is an adventurous digital nomad traveling the world to gain knowledge and cultural perspectives on health and aging. She has explored over fifty countries, called eight of them home temporarily, and speaks six languages fluently!

She created the HackMyAge.com website, and the Hack My Age podcast and penned Longevity Master Plan as well as the Eating For Longevity cookbook - all dedicated to helping people age gracefully.

After receiving her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Zora continued on to earn a Master of Gerontology from the esteemed University of Southern California.

She is an accredited sports nutrition instructor, successfully concluded the Menopause for Athletes program by Dr. Stacy Sims, and holds a certification as an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor on breathwork techniques.
