Chris proudly achieved his Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut and continued to showcase his expertise as a post-doctoral research associate at the Comparative Biosciences department of the College of Veterinary Medicine, located at The University of Illinois.

Not only was he a successful nutritionist, but he also held the esteemed role of Assistant Professor of Health and Nutrition Sciences at Brooklyn College.

After deliberating in the fall of 2016, he eventually decided to leave academia and embrace entrepreneurship. He successfully made the transition on January 1st, 2017.

Currently, he is engaging in individual research and consulting; creating information-based products; collaborating on technology-focused goods; and crafting copious amounts of free material to help individuals boost their well-being.

He is intimately familiar with how nourishment, exercise, and mindfulness can bolster one's health and well-being.

Chris is a life-long student, motivated by knowledge from his own experiences as well as scientific literature. His mission? To unearth forgotten evidence while staying abreast of current discoveries and using them to help others.

Chris strives to share what he has learned in order for it to benefit the world around him.
