Ariane Sommer was born in Germany, but as the daughter of an Ambassador, she spent her childhood in Africa, India, France, Spain, the US, and the UK before studying Political Sciences in Berlin. She speaks five languages.
After working in the corporate world for a while, she decided to go back to school and do a doctorate focused on global innovation and research.
She is now a global innovation leader at Gateway Sciences, an international research organization that focuses on finding solutions for social and environmental problems.
In addition to her work with Gateway Science, Ariane is also the founder and host of The Superhumanize Podcast, a podcast dedicated to exploring the science behind optimal health, performance, and longevity.
She is passionate about biohacking, has written several books about it, and shares her insights through workshops and public speaking engagements around the world.
Ariane is a vegan biohacker on a mission to empower people to take control of their health and optimize their performance.
She believes that understanding the science behind how one's body s works enables us to make informed decisions about how best to live and thrive in the modern world.
