Alanna Collen is an accomplished science writer boasting both a master's degree in biology from Imperial College London and a Ph.D. in evolutionary, and zoological studies from University College London and the Zoological Society of London.
As an experienced zoologist who is a specialist in bat echolocation, she has inadvertently acquired many tropical diseases from her travels around the world.
She has been a prolific writer on her research regarding primate behavior and the development of communication, with contributions published in esteemed outlets such as The Guardian, BBC Earth, and New Scientist.
