Dr. Karl Maret, MD, M.Eng.

Dr. Karl Maret is a renowned provider of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), specializing in nutrition, functional medicine, and energy medicine for the Dove Center for Integrative Medicine in Aptos, California. He also serves as President of the Dove Health Alliance non-profit foundation.

With a vast amount of training as an electrical engineer, biomedical engineer, and medical doctor under his belt, he has developed a strong foundation in Energy Medicine.

After a four-year postdoctoral fellowship in pulmonary physiology at UCSD, he created the biomedical instrumentation for the triumphant 1981 American Medical Research Expedition to Mount Everest.
